Chouteau's Landing

Located a few blocks from Busch Stadium, Chouteau’s Landing is one of St. Louis’ oldest districts. With 58 acres slated for mixed-use redevelopment, Chouteau’s Landing will soon be transformed into an energetic art district distinctively styled with SoHo-style lofts, historic commercial buildings and new construction.
